I'm Emily, a local entrepreneur who believes in the power of wholesome, healthy juice.
I started this company in 2017 to ensure that farmers market patrons had a healthy, nutritious option when visiting beautiful Vermont. I grow a lot of the produce we use at Honeysuckle Juice Co., but purchase the bulk of our offerings from local famers in our area. I believe in supporting those who are caring for our earth, our bodies, and our communities.
I have so much gratitude for those that helped me start and expand my business - friends, family, and neighbors who have helped me along this path. I am proud to offer a quality product and hope you feel my love in each and every cup!
Our company strives to use fresh produce that may otherwise be wasted - crooked carrots, misshapen beets, and quirky cucumbers. In this spirit, we are excited to be partnering again this year with Salvation Farms, a local organization that works tirelessly to reduce food loss on farms, increase the use of locally grown foods, and foster an appreciation for Vermont's agricultural heritage and future. I am extremely inspired by the work they do and proud to donate some of my proceeds to their mission.
